Celebrity Constellation Cruise - At Sea - November 11, 2021

I woke up just in time for sunrise this morning but unfortunately, the sun was rising on the other side of the ship so I actually had to get dressed and find some open deck.  I first headed down to the Promenade Deck but unfortunately, they had closed the outdoor area on that deck.  So I grabbed an almond milk latte from Cafe al Bacio and headed up to the upper decks where a few others were watching the sun rise themselves.

After the sun had risen, I headed back down to get another latte and poked my head in our room on the way down (the advantage to being 2 doors from the stairwell) to find Paul just waking up.  I had some time while he was getting ready to enjoy another latte and a croissant on the balcony.

Breakfast in Luminae was really nice as usual.  The service has been absolutely amazing.  It only took one request the first day for almond milk with my coffee and each morning there after the staff would race to be the first to bring it to me as soon as I sat down.  On at least two occasions, an assistant waiter came just moments later to find the head waiter had already taken care of it.

The smoked salmon was absolutely amazing (with diced tomatoes, onions, chopped capers, and crumbled egg (white and yellow separate)).  And then my normal was over easy eggs or an omelette, hash browns, chicken apple sausage (not shown in the phot below), and a grilled tomato.  Paul had some really good pancakes (with bananas baked in and blueberries and strawberries with it) one morning but didn't always have as good of luck finding food he really enjoyed.

After breakfast, we usually tried to find somewhere to hang out to give our room attendant enough time to finish our room.  This morning we decided to find a spot in Cellar Masters to sit and on our way discovered this adorable little duck.

I guess this is a big thing on cruises now.  People hide ducks for others to find.  Anyone who finds a duck has the option to keep the duck and take it home with them or find a new hiding place for someone else to find.  We decided to take this guy home with us with plans to hide him on one of our next cruises.

We enjoyed some morning time on the balcony before going to lunch in Luminae.

This was some sort of smoked fish wrapped in avocado and was really amazing.

After lunch, we went to watch a game show, Deal or No Deal.  They had two different passengers get randomly called to come up and play the game while members in the audience who had purchased a card play along with a chance to win prizes if enough cases match.  Then a final passenger was randomly drawn to come up on stage and spin a wheel with a chance at a free cruise.

We enjoyed some more balcony time that afternoon.

Our Retreat Host brought this treat as we were getting ready for the evening.  Paul saw some dolphins off the side of the ship leaping out of the water, but I wasn't able to capture any shots of them.

Dinner was amazing - it was lobster night!

Smoked Trout

Lobster Tail (there was a second tail but I had already eaten it when I remember to take the photo!)

We stopped at the Martini Bar (my favorite bar) on the way out of dinner.  While I was waiting for my drink, I caught Paul unaware.

This evening we wanted to see the Yes No Game up in the Reflections Lounge.  Paul even volunteered to participate although didn't make the whole 3 minutes.  The goal of the game is to avoid the words yes or no (or any variation) while the host questions you and tries to catch you off guard.  YouTube Vlogger Alanna Zingano was on our cruise and she also participated and did quite well turning the questions onto the host.

The Capricorn

Then it was time to head back to the room and finish packing, such a depressing part of the cruise.  The days went way too fast!
