These are my favorite days. I spent plenty of hours in the sun on the Solstice Deck (deck 16) which I discovered to be a quieter, more peaceful, and less distracting deck. I also found time to dance in the fountain to the music of the Sea Monkeys band and spent plenty of time with my husband on the balcony. The last evening before dinner I enjoyed a martini from the Martini Bar on our balcony and just watched the waves go by.
Overnight (Sunday night into Monday), elves were busy setting up a beautiful gingerbread display in the Grand Foyer.
The show Monday night was Rock City, another excellent production put on by the Celebrity singers and dancers.
The show Tuesday night was their holiday show staring the Celebrity singers, dancers, and acrobats as well as the two Divas. The acrobats and strength act were the stars of the show. The rest was alright.
It is always sad that last night packing and seeing all the suitcases lining the hallways, but that just means it was an incredible trip. We slept this last night with the door open again so we could fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
