Houston Trip - Hermann Park - Houston, TX
Hermann Park is home to the Houston Zoo, McGovern Lake, Japanese Gardens, McGovern Centennial Gardens, Miller Outdoor Theater, a golf course, train, lots of walking paths, and plenty of wildlife and is well worth a stop. The day I visited I lucked and had perfect weather, low humidity, temperatures only in the upper 70s/low 80s and plenty of sunshine.
