This morning I wandered the Riverwalk in downtown Jacksonville until I had blisters on my feet. The sun was out, the birds and lizards were active, and I was keeping my eyes open for dolphins, manatees, or sea turtles (but saw none unfortunately). After I walked as far as I could on the near side of the river and explored Jacksonville Landing, I took the Skyway to the San Marcos station and briefly checked out the Riverwalk on the other side before walking back on the blue bridge (John T. Alsop, Jr. Bridge). I have blisters on the top of both of my feet from where my sandals rubbed but it was worth it. Here are pictures from this morning's walk:
