Exotic Western Caribbean Cruise–Day 4–At Sea–August 20, 2013

Today was another relaxing day at sea.  We had a leisure breakfast, relaxed in the room, played a round of mini golf, checked out our formal photos from the night before, wandered the ship and took some more photos, and then went to lunch.

Here is our balcony and some photos of the sea outside our balcony:

In the afternoon we spent some time relaxing in the room before we headed to a watch history seminar.  The first half was really interesting as it talked about the history of pocket and wrist watches.  The second half was about watches we will never be able to afford (or at least be willing to pay for at such high prices).

We had dinner in the Monet Dining room again.  Food was excellent again.  After dinner we wandered the “Fun Shops” and sat through another Comedy show.  This time it was a family friendly show with Michael Macy.  It was a great show.  We tried to listen to Larry in the Piano Bar but the music was just too slow and I was tired so we headed to bed early.

The moon was absolutely beautiful.  I had fun trying to capture it on camera.

Exotic Western Caribbean Cruise–Day 5–Isla Roatan, Honduras–August 21, 2013

We managed to wake up just as we were pulling into port and so we got to watch them dock at Mahogany Bay on Isla Roatan, Honduras.  Here are a few pictures:

The Carnival Dream pulled in right after us.  The ships back into these docks.

We got off with my parents and niece (2 years old) and nephew (5 years old) and spent three hours at the beach.  The kids had a blast.  And their parents really enjoyed a snorkeling cruise without them.

We headed back for lunch on the ship and returned without the kids to do a little shopping and take a few pictures.  Here is the shopping area:

After a long day at the beach, it was nice to sit down to a nice meal and listen to a little music.  We stayed up to go to the Caribbean Beach Party on the Lido Deck but it wasn’t worth it.  I was looking for some good Caribbean music and they were playing everything but it.  Here is a picture of our dining room:
