Today we arrived in Harvest Caye, Belize, a private island for Norwegian Cruise Line. The one thing that is a bit different about this private island though is that none of the food is included, nor can you use your drink package, nor pay for things with your ship card. So I made sure to bring some money with me when I got off in case I wanted to buy anything.
As we arrived into port, a female Magnificent Frigatebird circled the ship so before even getting off, I spent some time photographing her.

| There were also Brown Pelicans flying around the ship. |
After breakfast at O'Sheehans, I was among the first off and got to enjoy the pristine beaches and quiet before the chaos.
 |
| I followed this Spotted Sandpiper for a while. |

As I was getting ready to start walking back towards the ship, I walked past this bar that was advertising shrimp ceviche, one of my favorite foods so I stopped to have some with a drink of course, a Hurricane Hattie. I enjoyed both and you can't beat the vibe of outdoor eating in the Caribbean.

Back on the ship, I changed and headed to the Thermal Suite which was empty as everyone else was still on shore. I spent quite a while here enjoying the quiet and making use of the steam, snow, and sauna rooms as well as the thalassotherapy pool.
Then I dressed for dinner and found my way into the Cellars Wine Bar where they have a better selection of wines.
I had dinner in the Manhattan main dining room and was shown this table in a back corner that was nice and quiet with an excellent view of this lifeboat.
I don't honestly recall what exactly either of these dishes were but I remember enjoying them and they are kind of pretty.
